What we Promise

Serengeti Spirits abides with all UK laws in relation to the sale of alcohol. All parcels shipped are quality checked prior to packing for any damages or defects. No damaged or defective items are sent out to you without prior knowledge of Serengeti Spirits and without notifying you, the receiving customer. Every bottle is shipped in a secured cardboard box that should offer enough protection, during transit. We use a range of established third party couriers through our packaging and fulfilment partner. We endeavour to protect all spirits that we ship, but on a rare occasion, they could result in leakages and breakages. If you order one of our animal themed products, this could also include damage to the animal head bottle cap.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect or unwanted parcel follow the procedures below.
Damaged or Defective Goods
if the product is broken or has leaked, you will need to provide evidence in the form of digital images. Customers must provide evidence within 14 days from dispatch of your goods. After which period the product will become ineligible for a refund. Customers will need to contact and send evidence to alex@serengetispirits.co.uk who will assist in either issuing a full refund or send out a replacement product.
If the damaged item is the custom bottle cap, we will send out a replacement product, or can provide a refund of £2.
We may ask for the item to be returned back to us so please do not dispose of the item, until you have been advised by our team to dispose of the products safely.
Incorrect, Unwanted or Non-Collected Goods
You, as our customer, have up to 30 days from dispatch of your goods to return an unwanted product back to Serengeti Spirits Ltd. You will be responsible for:
1. Not opening the container or removing any tamper seals as part of the container
2. Keep intact any accessory or details associated to the container
3. Re-pack all containers as they were received.
4. All postage / shipping costs
If the unwanted or incorrect product received by Serengeti spirits has had the seal broken, they reserve the right to decline a refund.
